Napoleon Direct Vent Gas Inserts are the perfect addition to any living space. This type of insert is designed to be installed into an existing fireplace, replacing the existing wood burning fireplace insert, and providing efficient, clean burning heat. The Napoleon Direct Vent Gas Inserts use a sealed combustion chamber and a direct vent to draw combustion air directly from outside the home, eliminating the need for a chimney. The gas insert provides a realistic, glowing fire, and can be operated with either a remote or wall switch control. The Napoleon Direct Vent Gas Inserts come with a vent kit that includes 25 ft. of double-ply aluminum liner, inlet and exhaust, and two 3” to 2” reducers. This vent kit is designed to allow the insert to be vented directly to the outside of the home, and is designed to provide maximum performance and efficiency.
