The flashing is made with galvanized steel and powder coated in black for a rust-free finish. The flashing is designed to keep debris and moisture out of your chimney for years of worry-free operation. The flashing is designed with a low-profile design that fits under most rooflines. The flashing also features a die-cut base for easy installation and a universal design to fit most models of the Oakdale™ Series Wood Fireplace Inserts.

  • Hello, is the Napoleon Black Flashing (for opening less than 49" W X 32.5" H) For Oakdale™ Series Wood Fireplace Insert part the original Napoleon part? Or it’s a part that works with Napoleon insert? I couldn’t find the part number on your website to confirm . The original Napoleon Oakdale EPI3C insert is 6 inches shorter than our fireplace opening so I’m looking for the flashing that will cover the gap. Our opening is 48 1/2 w x 29 3/4 h. Thank you

    You can use the BP3 backer plate it is 49 x 33
